National Board Of Examination — Complaint for refund of 3250 rupay

Respected sir/madam
i had successfully submitted my NEET PG 2022 application form on 31/01/2022 but payment was unsuccessful.i had paid 3250 but the site didn't recognise my transaction.so on 3/02/2022 i completed payment of 3250.that is i made double payment.i have sent email but no response yet.please refund payment done on 31st january.i made payment via phonepe
