National Board Of Examination — Complaints regarding refund

Money got deducted deposited in nbe account but payment was not successful . Requesting for refund but no reponse And nbe helpdesk not responding... It's been 1.5month.. I mailed to nbe. Called them . They not even listening to the issues they just hang the call
