National Board Of Examination — dnb exit exam fees deducted twice

I am appearing for dnb exit exam this december. Registration fees of rs 5500 has been deducted twice from my account. Kindly refund the amount. There was network issue due to which i was shown that payment was not made, so i paid again. It is almost 15 days and still the amount is not refunded in my account. I send a mail to nbe mentioning the same but i didn't get any reply
