My application ID is PG045206
I have been debited twice for payment of application fees...
After first payment the payment status was still pending... So i paid second time... This time the payment was successful... Kindly help me with the refund... I have attached the screenshot of the transaction details...

I too faced the same problem.
No on is taking responsibility for this issue. Either Gpay, NBE and My Bank.
