I beg to say that i was tried to pay (nbe exam fee (fmge) through my debit card last four digit xxxx4538 on dated - 16/april/2021, and my amout (rs 7080) debit from my debit card account and transection was shown failed.

It was payment gateway (sbiepay) on (fmge exam), below i am providing you all the details regarding transection,

1.Transection amount - rs 7080.

2.Transection date - 16/april/2021.

3.Transection number -

5.Transection time - 08:09 pm.

6.Debit card no. - xxxx4538.

7.Transection receipt - file attached.

Kindly make arrangment to refund my transection amount rs 7080 to my debit card xxxx4538 same as soon as possible.
