National Board Of Examination — fmge applicant login problem

When i am trying to login to fmge applicants portal i am getting a message that "invalid credentials", while trying to retrieve password using forget password i am getting an error "this is an invalid application sequence number". When i contacted the toll free no, they have suggested to send a mail to [protected]@gmail.com, i have sent on 12/11/18 at 9:26 am. My application no is 11003802 i got a message to upload documents latest by 15th nov 2018 by 11:59 pm thru portal. Already i have submitted scanned documents thru email to fmge. [protected]@natboard. Edu.in on[protected] at 4:05 pm form my registered email id.

Now i want an immediate resolution to upload the docs.
