National Board Of Examination — Hello NBE

I paid my examination fees 7080Rs. Where my application payment has been failed but the
money has been deduct from my bank account.i waited more then 1 year .
but still hasn't be solve my problem then I contacted helpdesk they suggested wait
for the refund of the money which has been deducted primarily. But till not return back. More than 1 year June 2021 . when will resolve my issue?
