National Board Of Examination — I am complaining about payment

Good morning sir/madam, i am Mujahith yesterday i applied for exam around 2:41 pm, i submitted eveything but in payment also paid through gpay via upi payment money detected from my account, payment successful in gpay but i didin recive any mail from nbe, i login in user id password in nbe site it showed payment failure please help me. My role no is FMGE22211782, i mailed [protected]@natboard.edu.in there is no reply please help me.
