National Board Of Examination — I am requesting for a refund as the payment was made twice

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Duggapuram Shriyanka (reg id: fmge[protected], have made a transaction of Rs. 7080/- for FMGE exam registration on may 31st and money was debited from the account but the payment was shown as pending. The second time payment was made on June 2nd 2023 money was deducted and payment was shown successful.

I used UPI and Card payment for transaction. kindly refund the money for first payment which was deducted through google pay(UPI) payment method.

transaction proof attached.

Both UPI and Credit Card transactions shows succeeded.

I checked with Google Pay, SBI customer care. All mentioned me to get help from NBE for refund. So it took time to file complaint here.
