National Board Of Examination — i have applied for exam form for pg neet and fees was debited but does not got registered

I applied for neet medical pg exam and paid fees online of 3750 through my account but after transaction and debiting amount from my account there was error and again asked for fee payment.. My amount wbicb was debited was not refunded to me nor exam form process was completed. What to do exam form last date is near and still no refund nor showing fees paid...
