National Board Of Examination — I'm complaining about deduction of money twice for the registration of NEET PG 2023

Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this to let you know that while applying for neet pg 2023, User ID: PG23138299, I paid Rs.4250/- (UPI transaction ID:[protected] through UPI(proof attached below) and money was debited from my account but the NBE website showed an error. So, I paid again using my Credit Card(proof attached below). This time the website showed that the payment was successful. I contacted my bank regarding the money that was debited the first time and they said that the transaction was successful from their side and the refund has to be done from the NBE side.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
