National Board Of Examination — money debited twice 2750+2750

I tried to make payment for neet pg 2018 via credit card, it showed that your "action could not be completed due to an exception, please try again"

It was happen twice, total 5500 is got debitted from the account. when tried calling the help line there is no reponse at all from them.

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and kindly refund my amount.

I had registered for and was due for the last step(scanning) . Now I want to login and it says invalid credentials even after doing forgot password.
