Money has been deducted thrice from the account even though payment failed the first two times but had to keep trying as the seats were filling up

Credit card 55xx xxxx xxxx 9020 on 01/11/2017

I have to get a refund of 7500rs (Two transactions of 3750 extra)
I have emailed before and have tried calling on their helpline innumerable number of times but have not received any reply regarding the refund process. I have attached the screenshot of my transactions as proof.
Kindly do the needful.
