National Board Of Examination — My money has been deducted but it shows the payment is unsuccessful

Address:Ranga reddy district,Telangana.

Applying for Neet pg 2021 I have done payment (Rs.5015), money has been deducted from my bank account but it shows the payment is unsuccessful. I had to pay once again for my application to be successful. It's been 5 days and my money has not been credited in my bank .For exam fees of Rs.5015. I had to pay double the amount Rs.10, 030 . Please do respond any requests you to send my money back.
