We were appling for NEET 2018, while in payment phase they said transaction was failed due to technical issues and for the sake of registration i performed another payment then its successfully completed.but they deducted exam fees twice. please resolve this issue and grand refund

I had payed the money for the neet of 1400.The amount has been deducted as I got a confirmation massage from the bank . But I not able to download the confirmation letter.I request you to return my money . I have to pay my neet fee to download my application form and for further process please kindly .
