National Board Of Examination — Neet 2023 registration payment refund

Respected sir/madam,
Myself Kevin Biju Paul with user ID-PG23139372 had applied for neet pg registration on 15 january 2023 for which i made payment online via UPI phonepe App for which the transaction was succesfully made but application not submitted showing payment pending so i made payment 2nd time by debit card SouthIndian Bank and the application was succesfully submitted.kindly initiate my refund of 4250 for the first transaction that i made as i had confirmed with my bank already for which NBE is suppose to initiate from their side as deducted payment from my account.For your kind reference i have submiited my transaction details below.
