Respected sir /madam I, REGANI SRUJANA house surgeon in Anil neerukonda institute of dental sciences visakhapatnam, i have applied for NEET MDS 2022 with user id :MD013021. I have made the payment of Rs 4250 via phonpe UPI transaction on 13/1/22. But it is not updated in my profile.kindly do the needful. So I had to file a complaint in consumer complaints to nbe for which they said to give complaints regarding any payment issues, I recieved mail from them but Still I didn't get any refund and they have not mentioned anything about refund in the reply of email. i have to pay again because i had fear about the centre becoming full or I might not be able to attend the exam cause I am preparing for this exam since 1 year .so Kindly please help me regarding this issue, and I am sending both the payment details 1 st and second payment details . Please help me regarding this money issue . Thank you .

My application id is MD013021. i have done payment of rs. 4250 on 13th January 2022 to NBE .The payment has been successful but it is not updated on my profile . So I had to file a complaint in consumer complaints to nbe for which they said to give complaints regarding any payment issues, I recieved mail from them but
Still I didn't get any refund and they have not mentioned anything about refund in the reply of email.
i have to pay again because i had fear about the centre becoming full or I might not be able to attend the exam cause I am preparing for this exam since 1 year .so Kindly please help me regarding this issue, and I am sending both the payment details 1 st and second payment details .
