National Board Of Examination — Neet Pg 2023 application form not submitted despite of verified successful payment.

Despite of verified successful payment Neetpg 2023 application form has not been submitted post 96 hours from day of registration. After raising several queries to nbe helpdesk, have responded that my payment is settled and asked to login and check application status. When I login it still shows application form has not submitted as payment pending. Proofs attached below
