National Board Of Examination — Neet PG exam fee was deducted from account but status shown transaction failed

Sir/madam,

My name is dr. Revathy L J, I have applied for NEET PG 2022 with the user id:PG013589

I have made the payment of Rs. 4250 via Google pay UPI transaction on 15/01/22.
but the site showed transaction failed . But the amount was deducted from my account.

The deducted amount has not yet been credited to my account. It had already been 11 days after the transaction.

I even contacted the bank and they said, the amount was transferred to nbe account successfully.

Please do the needful to refund the amount as soon as possible

Attaching the screenshot of the transaction.

Note: I paid twice for this application the second time payment got accepted. Please refund debited amount immediately.
