National Board Of Examination — Neet pg form payment deducted twice

My application form is PG087104.A transaction of 5015 rupees for the form was deducted from my account, but it was not accepted.So I have paid again, but the amount of my previous payment is not refunded yet.
I have informed about the issue on call and I was told that the money will be refunded in few days, but around one month has passed and I'm yet to receive any refund.
