National Board Of Examination — neet pg payment issue

Dear sir,
I registered for neet pg 2018 on 01.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through sbi atm card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as ' thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx xx53 for a purchase worth rs3750 on pos nbe at nbe txn# ju[protected]. My online bank statement also confirms the fee payment. But the nbe site still doesn't confirm fees payment and therefore i cannot proceed further to step 4 of city choice filling. Sir, i am sending photographed image of both the mobile message and net-banking message as attachment for the needful. I complained about this issue on [protected]@nbe. Edu.in twice. I called on your toll free nos [protected] and [protected] more than 500 times but it is either busy or is not picked up. I finally sent written complaints to health ministry and pmo. Sir it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further to opt for center choice and complete my application.

same here i lost rs 7500 n its been 10days still not get my money back. plz help
Thanks for your help. My payment issue is solved. I have also opted for centre. But going further step to uploading of Photo, signature and thumb print is not working. All the requirements specified by the NEET PG regarding photo, signature and thumb print have been verified but still none could up uploaded. As soon as I click upload, the site trips and appears login page. I tried to upload the photo several times, event from different latest computers and laptops but the site trips while uploading and appears login page. Kindly help.
i have also lost 1200 rs plzzz hep...its totally absurd to lose money like dis, , , , , how could nbe deduct money while showing that the transfaction has failed due to some xyz reason...its been 15 days and i hav not received my money back...wat a way of fooling people ...
Sir, I have given incorrect DOB in the application form NEET PG/MDS, I understand that NBE has given that personal data cannot be changed once payment is done, but it can happen to anyone ..and this mistake will lead to great trouble to me during examination/counseling, and there's no way to reregister too, what would I do?? Can't waste a year over an incorrectly filled application form..please I need a solution for this ..

Sir I have completed second step of registration for neet pg MDS .I have also made payment of 2750 rupees from HDFC account I also got deduction message from HDFC account but my payment was not uploaded by nbe .my candidate id is [protected].plz help me

Same issue with me.
I have also made a payment of 3750.Amount has been deducted from my account, but payment was not uploaded by NBE.

Dear Sir, I made a payment of Rs 3750 against Candidate number [protected] through SBI Online Banking on 26 Nov17 at approximately 01:50 PM.

The reference number for the transaction was JSBI[protected]IGACLDUQE7
which shows successful as per my bank records.

However, the candidate login portal website shows that the transaction could not be completed and therefor I cannot continue filling up the form.

It is requested to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

Hey Daxesh,
firstly, now its a bit too late to fill up the form as the last date was 27th.

secondly, I called up the helpline number 1800111800 numerous times and once when the IVRS picked up, waited for atleast 10-12 mins till the time the operator came on line.
I informed him about my problem and gave him the candidate ID along with other details. He said he'd get it rectified it with their IT team in sometime.
Still, when I found nothing was done in an hour, I again rang up going through the same tedious process. This time again gave him the candidate ID and to my surprise he asked me, 'sir, you've already got your query registered. please give our IT team some time to rectify it.
After another hour, when I logged in, I could see that step three was complete and I could get the option to choose test centre.
Hope this helps.

I also faced the same issue, money was deducted five times but it showed payment failed. I could not go to the next step and the form was not completed due to this.
Please do help me as well, the amount is not small and I would be thankful if I got a chance to complete my form and get a refund of the rest amount.

I had paid my fees already for the neet entrance exam, but they did not updated and telling again to pay the fees...

Even after successfull payment of fees the confirmation page a
has not been updated even after a day has passed. I have recieved the message of RS 1400 debitted from SBI card.
