National Board Of Examination — No refund of failed transaction of rs 4310

Address:Dwarka, New Delhi

I did a payment of rs 4310 for my Thesis submission via debit card on 20/8/23. The transaction failed in first attempt, the money was deducted from my account but I did not get any refund till now. Kindly provide me the refund asap. Thankyou.
