National Board Of Examination — not able to feel the foam on 21st november as portal was not working

I was not able to fill the online form as portal was not working on 21st of november please provide me a chance to fill the form and give the exam
Please sir its the matter of whole year other wise my whole year will be ruined please help me with the same just open it for one day so that i can fill the form and give the exam
