As i was not able to fill the form on 21st november 2019 for the neet pg 2020 as the portal was not working due to which i was not able to fill the form please help me with that as my whole year will get ruined so its a request to kindly give me a chance to feel the form so that i can give the exam for which i will be very thankful please help me with that

Hi This is Ruchitha. I had paid neet fee through phonepey and money has been deducted from my account. But it came like transaction has failed. And money is not refunded.
