Dear Sir/Madam,
I sent you several emails and made phone calls but the help desk has been of ho help. My daughter is unable to register for FMGE June 2021 exams. The problem lies with EFORM field system.
The error reflects a problem from the drop down menu. I am choosing China/Wuhan/Tongjing Medical College, but when submitted it shows as below:

Error Code: EFerr014
Reason for failure : Incorrect values provided for a EForm field
Contact us for assistance : Please contact your representative and inform them about the problem.
1. Incorrect values for UG University of Completion. Form Not Submitted.
But when helpdesk contacted, they only suggest keep trying. I have tied more than 50 times. This was the same problem last year. But IT department is unable to resolve. There is no other option given and no assistance is provided by the help desk. How the National Board can function like this in the digital India that our PM is dreaming of.
Please resolve the issue.
