National Board Of Examination — Payment deducted twice for neet of 2021 application

I paid amount of 5068.27 by SBI credit card which wasn't submitted successfully then I paid same amount by SBI net banking which was received. I am complaining about double payment for the same form and asking for refund of 5068.27. I have attached image of msg received from bank regarding amount and details .
