National Board Of Examination — Payment pending after successful submission of NEET PG 2021 application

After paying the exam fee the amount was debited from my account but the nbe site showed payment pending (along with "Your application form has submitted successfully.")
Could you confirm if my submission is complete to receive the admit card test center? Do I have to pay again? Will I lose the amount already debited?
I have attached the screenshot of what comes when I log in to my applicant account.
