National Board Of Examination — Payment refund

Respected sir/madam,
Myself sri varshini.N with User ID: MDS23017087 had applied for neet MDS registration on 20th january 2023 for which i made payment online via UPI gpay App transaction no :[protected] for which the transaction was successfully made but application not submitted showing payment pending so i made 2nd payment
on 20th jan from another account and the application was successfully submitted.kindly initiate my refund of 4250 for the first transaction that i made as i had confirmed with my bank already for which NBE is suppose to initiate from their side as deducted payment from my account.For your kind reference i have submitted my transaction details below.
