I Paid the fees online.

Transaction Date: 04.08.2021
Money got deducted from my bank account. But it didn't get updated in the online application.
I contacted my bank and they informed me that the transaction was successfully processed from their end and any refund is to be done from the merchant side. (Attachment 2)
Later I called the NBE helpdesk and informed the same. They told that the amount will be refunded in a few days. They also advised me to pay again for processing the application. I did the payment again and finalized the application.
Since then, for the past 8 months, I have been contacting NBE multiple times and they are not even responding now.
Kindly take necessary action for refunding the amount at the earliest.
