National Board Of Examination — Payment unsuccessful from the website but money deducted from the bank

I Miss Raut Indrani Sujit User ID PG106171 have made payment of Rs.5015 on 26/02/2020 at 11.36am via debit card.The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not made from the nbe website.I tried second time to Pay via UPI which was successful.But the previous amount is yet to refund to my account
Kindly look into it this matter and do the needful.
