National Board Of Examination — pg mds not permitted to fill choices for online counselling

Respected sir,
I have become qualified to register for mds pg counselling but i am not able to proceed to the next step of registration because of the dialog box that says that i am not permitted to fill choices for online counselling. Kindly help me solve this issue so that i can complete the registration, the last date of which is 26th march 2018
