National Board Of Examination — refund money not sent

Rs. 2 lakh refundable fee of neetpg 2018 still not deposited in my account. There is so much of fraud and corruption in the Nbe. I have complained n number of times at all the platforms possible but still no resolution. My roll no. was displayed in the refund list released on 8th Aug 2018 but money was never transferred to my account and there is zero response from their side. It is a very big torture for me and my family.
