National Board Of Examination — Refund of course fees after surrender of seat in DNB

I got a seat in DNB Anaesthesia, in 2023 counselling. I opted for the seat by paying fees and following the terms via OPJR. But after seeing seat Matrix of state which was released after opting the seat, there were more chances for me to get an MD seat in state., So I surrendered my seat of DNB. The seat I surrendered was taken by some other student in next round, which clearly shows no seat was wasted because of me. If the same happened with MD/MS seats, they are refunding the college fees. So I am requesting NBEMS to kindly refund my DNB fees.
