National Board Of Examination — Refund of deducted,two failed transactions(shown as otp session expired)

Hello.,
This is in regard to my neet mds 2021 examination form..here is a comlplaint i did my payment for the aforementioned form through debit card two times but both times my otp session expired but money was deducted without any message.but due to centre choice which gets exhausted quickly i had to make payment through another card that was confirmed..please refund my two previous deductions back
