National Board Of Examination — Refund of examination fee

My application number isMD011069..
i paid twice the amount of 4425 for MDS form due to session expired error.
I earlier complained about the same.
Now of the two amount that I've paid one of them is settled and the other one needs to be refunded asap.
please resolve my issue asap.
I am attaching the screenshots of both successful transactions that i have made on 2 Nov 2020 and 3 Nov 2020 .
