0n 27feb.21, i was filling form of neet pg 2021 exam conducted by national board of examinations(nbe), at last nbe asked me to submit payment through sbiepay.I applied for the payment through my central bank of india ( cbi) debit card no. [protected] and amount of 5015 rs has been deducted from my cbi account no.[protected], but on the other hand sbiepay has shown on laptop screen .. 'failed while receiving gateway response, we apologize that your transaction was not able to go through, request you to please try again'..Hence due to this payment failure, my form was not successfully submitted.On next day i completed the payment through my icici debit card, this time transaction was successful and 5015 rs again deducted from my icici account[protected] and my form was successfully submitted . After that i requested sbiepay to refund my amount of 5015 rs., of failed transaction .. Now in response to that on 04/03/21 sbiepay automatically and fraudly cleared my previous transaction(which it declared failed on 27 feb.) and even generated its ATRN n0. As[protected], hence due to mistake done by sbiepay double payment(5015+5015)rs. Credited to nbe, both sbiepay and nbe fraudly took double payment from me, (by doing prviously failed declared, transaction cleared after 5 days ) and now no one is responsing even after doing several mails and phone calls to them, kindly help me to refund 5015 rupees back to me, as no one is paying attention on this matter, you are the last hope for me.
