Dear Sir,
My name is Miss Gulzan Muzaffar and I am a candidate of NEET PG 2022. While paying examination fee for NEET PG through net banking, an amount of Rs 4261.80 was debited from my account of J&K Bank on[protected] against eBill/[protected]/24917. The message displayed was “Transaction could not be completed, please try again”. The said debited amount has not been credited back to my account till date.
Fresh payment was made on same date[protected] for same amount against eBill/[protected]/24917 and that was successful.
A complaint in this regard was lodged with J&K Bank. The bank took up the matter with SBI and their reply is as under:
The below mentioned transaction is success & funds have already been transferred to “National Board of Examinations” Account.
Kindly ask the customer to get in touch with the “National Board of Examinations” directly along with the below Order details for any further assistance on the Services/Refund/Receipt.
