National Board Of Examination — Regarding Course feed

I am Dr sukruti dave, final year trainee of DrNB, medical oncology at Apollo hospital internationals limited, Bhat, gandhinagar. i have paid my annual course fees for 3rd year on 23/08/2021 by NEFT via SBI through given details by NBE. but my hospirtal has not received my course fees and I am not getting refund of my accomodation allowance that is 20000. I have written to NBE communication web portal and grievence comitee thrice but my issue is still not resolved. So kindly look into matter and do needful.
