National Board Of Examination — Regarding eligibility certificate

Respected sir/madam

i am a foreign medical graduate who applied for eligiblity certificate on 2018and i didnt received the user id and password for downloading the eligiblity certificate and i have sented 3-4 e mail to the eligiblity certificate division of mci concerning this problem. i have written december fmge exam and now i have to submit the eligiblity certificate before december 10th or my results will be with held . I also gave a physical complaint in the new delhi office and there was no reply for that complaint also.So can you suggest me where should i sent complaint next or what should i do next please help.I will attach the screen shots of all the emails i sented and my acknowledgement paper also
