National Board Of Examination — Regarding Neet PG 2021 payment transaction

I have made payment of Rs.5015 on 25/02/2020 via debit card.The amount has been deducted from my account but shows payment pending . I tried second time to Pay via UPI which was successful.But the previous amount is yet to refund to my account
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
