sir/madam,

I have a request of refund, I have done my 1st payment dated 20/3/2022, 10:33pm through paytm UPI & a amount of Rs.7080 got debited from my account but the applicant login page still showed payment is pending.

I did 2nd payment of Rs.7085.90 20/3/22, 11.06pm done through SBI Internet banking(acc no:[protected], TID SBI EPAY[protected]IGANFNHYQ4) which was successful & my application was submitted successfully.

So I request to refund the amount from my 1st transaction debited from paytm UPI of amount i.e Rs.7080(transaction ID:S479279, UPI Reference no:[protected] as soon as possible as I have paid twice.

I have received my refund on 25/03/2022, the issue was resolved. I think it was a gateway issue. Thanks to consumer complaints & national board for the quick response. Regards

Hello sir I have applied for fmge June 2022session I paid through upi transaction I have received message from my bank account that I credited 7080 to national board of examination upi accounts but my application status shows my payment is still pending even I have sended mail to helpdesknbeexam still I couldn't get any proper response I have contact the customer care service so many times they have told me to wait for 48hours still no update yet

Kindly update my payment status I have been waiting for 3 days since I couldn't get any reply from your side
