National Board Of Examination — Regarding refund o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of rupees 4250

I have applied for neet pg for sister. i have done the payment through SBI Net banking but the transaction was unsucessful but the amount was debited and i thought i will get the refund in my account in few hours but i haven't any sort of money in my account. please refund my amount I am attaching the screenshot of the debited message
