Dear Sir PLEASE HELP IN RESOLVING THIS LONG PENDING ISSUE I Had been following with department from last 7-10days & submit all required documents.Confirmation mail received from Feedback regarding "My file is under process". Almost all candidates had received practical exam date, Please try to understand mental state of student. I requested to you, please help me in getting my result ASAP. This letter is in response to Result of my theory paper held in Dec 2014 in the specialty of DNB in “TUBERCULOSIS & RESPIRATORY DISEASES / PULMONARY MEDICINE”, which is withheld due to pendency of below mentioned documents: · 1. Reasoning of Late joining · 2. Supporting documents required for reasoning mentioned in late joining. · 3. DNB Completion certificate-(Hard copy of the same had already been submitted at National Board of Examinations NAMS Building Mahatma Gandi Marg Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110029) as well as soft copy vis Email. · 4. Thesis acceptance certificate-(Hard copy of the same had already been submitted at National Board of Examinations NAMS Building Mahatma Gandi Marg Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110029) as well as soft copy vis Email. This is with reference to the late joining of training in DNB. I Reported to the Metro heart institute L -94, sec-11, Noida-201301 Uttar Pradesh on 22.02.2013 for Post Diploma DNB in Respiratory Diseases. Earlier I was working as medical officer in Govt. job Haryana. Residential accommodation was provided by my employer, which I have to vacate & to make further arrangement of accommodation for my family. At the same duration my wife was in the third trimester of pregnancy at that time, Date of Birth certificate of my son is attached herewith for your reference & records. Due to the above mentioned unavoidable circumstances my joining gets delayed. I regularly continued my training w.e.f 13.04.2013 to 12.04.2015 from Metro Heart Institute L -94, sec-11, Noida-201301 Uttar Pradesh. Hard copy of documents asked for had already been submitted at your office. E mail conversation of all these documents had already been done from continuous one week.
