National Board Of Examination — Showing incomplete payment even after online transaction

I applied for fmge 2023 on 16/06/2023 around 1:13pm the amount got deducted and showing payment is pending when I called the help desk they are telling me to wait around 48 hrs and while contacting the bank the told the payment has been debited and I raised a complaint via ticket and mailed them still no response
