National Board Of Examination — transaction issue

Good evening,
This is with respect to transaction of rs 3750 against registration for neet mds 2018 examination. Sir, i got the msg from bank that the payment was successful but the same was not reflected on my login page plus i tried contacting you by phone numerous time but no response from your team. As i have to compelete my form kindly resolve this issue. I am attaching copy of my bank statement.
