National Board Of Examination — User Id: FMGE22227840. Request for refund

Respect sir/mam. I paid my examination fees on 23.09.2022. Where my application payment has been failed but the
money has been deduct from my bank account.i waited more then 48hrs for the payment status of my application to
change!but still hasn't be any changes (till 28.09.2022) then I contacted helpdesk they suggested to pay again and wait
for the refund of the money which has been deducted primarily.I paid my application fees again as suggested by the
nbems helpdesk..so kindly please refund my falsely deducted money as soon as possible…hereby I attached the
transaction details below…thank you
