National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (Ug) — urgent - two payment done for one application number[protected]

Respected sir,

I applied for NEET 2020 in Website - "https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/Welcome.aspx", for Application No.[protected]. i made a payment of Rs. 1500/- on 23rd December, 2019 by UPI Address - [protected]@upi at 12:58 pm. Reference no - CPX2568606.
My Bank Account was debited. But, Merchant Site shown me payment was failed.

I again paid Rs. 1500/- on 26th December, 2019 at IGAHSXUTR4. for the same. i paid twice, for one Application number.

Kindly, follow at this matter at the earliest and take necessary action. I send you, all screenshots and Bank Statement for your reference against these two transaction. please, refund me that amount of failed transaction ( Reference Number- CPX2568606), Statement mentioned my Account as follows : (Narration - TO TRANSFER
UPI/DR/[protected]/SBIMOPS/SBIN/[protected]@sb/Collec ) to my bank account as soon as possible.
