I applied for NEET 2020 in Website - "https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/Welcome.aspx", for Application No.[protected]. i made a payment of Rs. 1500/- on 23rd December, 2019 by UPI Address - [protected]@upi at 12:58 pm. Reference no - CPX2568606.
My Bank Account was debited. But, Merchant Site shown me payment was failed.

Hello team,

I have paid for neet 2018 entrance exam fees, while in payment phase transaction was failed due to technical issues and for the sake of registration i performed another payment then its successfully completed. But they deducted exam fees twice. Please resolve this issue and grant refund.
