National Institute Of Management — I am complaining about there is no response from the institute

I am trying to validate my certificate from national institute of management. I found either the telephone, mobiles, emails or website is working. I worried and i am tried trying. I have written the exam and i got the certificate from panchkula branch. Now no one is responding. I am confused what to do.

My name is Ravi kumar and I got my admission last year at Nov, 2017.
Enrollment no.-M[protected].
But I didn't get the I-card and books from the NIOS. Because of which I couldn't take the exam this year.
So I request you to give me I-card and Books.
