National Institute Of Open Schooling — 10th marksheet not sent

I passed 10th by odes given in 2nd march 2017, my rol no.[protected], i have not got my marksheet yet, kolkata office does not attend calls, what to do, i need the marksheet urgently, where should i contact? Any delay on your part will pose troubble for me as i shall not be able to get adnitted in any school as last date of admission will be over by then. Please see to it
